Between lectures, a part-time job, and trying to have some semblance of a social life, my first year in Birmingham was a lot busier than I expected. There was one week where I nearly missed a submission entirely. Someone in my flat brought up Birmingham academic help while we were both stressing about it, though honestly what saved me more was finally learning to plan my week properly instead of winging it.
Reading this post about celebrating a season of ministry was uplifting because it reflects on service, growth, and the positive impact a community can have over time. I enjoyed how it focused on gratitude and the relationships built through shared experiences.
