Giving is A Spiritual Practice of Gratitude
Giving is not simply about paying the church’s bills. It is a spiritual practice that helps us remember that everything we have is a gift from God.
Throughout Scripture, God calls us to live with gratitude, generosity, and trust. When we give, we acknowledge that our time, talents, relationships, resources, and possessions ultimately belong to God. Giving helps loosen our grip on what we have and opens our hearts to what God is doing in us and through us.
Ways to Give

Give securely online using your bank account, credit card, or Apple/Google Pay. You can make one-time gifts or set up recurring giving.

Set up a recurring gift using your bank's online bill pay.

Place a check in the offering basket on Sunday.

Stocks and/or Cryptocurrency: either donate online (toggle to your donation method) or via your brokerage.
What is Pledging
A pledge is a prayerful commitment to support COTHA’s ministry in the coming year. It helps us plan our budget and faithfully serve our congregation and community.
A note for current recurring givers:
If you give online through myCOTHA, please review and edit your recurring giving schedule to reflect your 2027 pledge amount and frequency. Your pledge and your recurring giving schedule are separate, so submitting a pledge does not automatically update your scheduled gifts.
