If you're supporting someone you love who is living with a mental health condition, our Family Support Group is here for you. Meeting on the first Sunday of each month, this confidential group welcomes adults (18+) to connect with peers who share similar experiences and find encouragement.

About the event
This peer-led group is for any adult (18+) who has a loved one living with a mental health condition. It provides a safe, confidential space to connect with peers who share similar experiences. Hence, participants find they are not alone, not judged, and gain support and encouragement from others who truly understand.
Led by trained facilitators through the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), the group is free to attend and open to the community.
