About the event
Sabbaticals are an important part of healthy, long-term ministry, offering clergy dedicated time for rest, renewal, study, and spiritual refreshment. Clergy are asked to take a sabbatical after seven years of service at their parish, and the Diocese requires the sabbatical to last at least three months.
A clergy sabbatical is not simply time “off.” It is a time designed to bless both priest and congregation. As Alex engages in intentional renewal, we will enter a shared time of reflection and growth, strengthening lay leadership and deepening our life in Christ.
