30 Year Anniversary

​Church of the Holy Apostles is a Biblically faithful community that connects people to Christ through love in action. For three decades, our church family has gathered to worship, serve, and grow together.

​

In that time, we’ve shared more than 3,800 worship services, celebrated over 430 baptisms, 450 confirmations, and 53 weddings, and honored 73 lives through funerals and memorials.

​

Our community has thrived through 25 Vacation Bible Schools, with over 1,300 children in attendance, 37 youth mission trips, and more than 100 Bible studies and small groups. We’ve invested deeply in raising up the next generation—mentoring young adults into future leaders who now serve faithfully in worship, outreach, and governance. And along the way, we’ve enjoyed countless donuts and cups of coffee shared in fellowship!

In service and outreach, we’ve donated over $2 million in food, mosquito nets, medical clinics, surgeries, water wells, and homes rebuilt and repaired—impacting countless lives with the love of Christ. We opened our doors as a shelter during Hurricane Harvey, cared for one another through the pandemic, and gave generously through three capital campaigns that strengthened our campus and expanded our mission.

And through it all, we’ve lifted 18,000 songs in praise, lit 1,600 candles on Christmas Eve, fed donkeys and camels, and set up more chairs and tables than we could ever count. 

 

With the steady support of our dedicated clergy, staff, and vestry, our ministries and mission have continued to grow in meaningful ways through seasons of challenge and growth.

As we celebrate 30 years, we look back with gratitude and forward with hope, trusting that the best is yet to come!
