Sarah Gividen
Worship Leader
Sarah Gividen serves as the Director of Modern Music at St. John the Divine Episcopal Church, where she leads worship alongside her husband. Together, they form Family Hymnal, a band dedicated to writing and sharing worship songs designed to draw families closer to God through music.
With over 20 years of experience leading worship, Sarah finds deep joy in watching others encounter the Lord, no matter their age or background. Beyond church life, she and her husband are raising three children, who inspire much of their family-centered songwriting.
When she’s not leading worship or writing music, Sarah enjoys reading and diving into true crime documentaries.
