The sun is shining bright early in the morning in Kampala. The kids will have a lot of fun playing basket ball and volley ball outside. The enjoy being out of door. I will be going to the market to pick up some supplies for us. The main supplies are provided to the home every other Wednesday, however, sometimes we run low on things between Wednesdays and I will go shopping |
Vicky is teaching the girls to bake. She will bake them a cake tomorrow and I am introducing the to scrambled eggs for breakfast. Hudu has a couple of outings planned if we can get funding. He has asked if I can help raise the money, He will give me an amount Monday. I don’t want to go to the well too often, but they need so much and and deserve a little fun. If you could help me raise the funds I would be greatly appreciative. I could get back with you Monday to let you know how much we need for the outings.
Upon my return to Texas, I would like to sit down with you to do some longer range plans for fund raising. They need so very much and it all takes money.
Better go for now. I promised Jane I would help her with cooking dinner. (A different approach to beans and rice)
Thanks you so very much, David. Bob (Uncle Bob and Aunt Vicky to the children) end of report……. Would you like to help? Our “Manna of God" charity is funding this project. I heard a lot before the election about “we need to do more to help the poor". Well, here is your opportunity. You have two choices; do something or not. It’s up to you…and me (David).
