Here at COTHA we are teaching our children that, “God loves a cheerful
giver.” (2 Corinthians 9:7) There is no better way to teach this concept of a
cheerful giver than to have them pack boxes full of gifts for children in need.
This is a way that we can all give back
to others and to God for all the many blessings he has bestowed upon us.
Operation Christmas Child is such a powerful project because it truly is
children giving to children.
Please join us on November 20, 2013 from 6:00pm-7:30pm as we have time
to fellowship with one another, pack boxes together, learn more about the lives
that these boxes will touch, and then pray over these boxes before they are
shipped off to many different countries all over the world. We ask that each
family decide how many boxes they would like to put together. After you decide
how many boxes, then collect all the supplies for those boxes and bring them
with you on November 20, 2013. Our goal is to fill 100 boxes.
