We expect tomorrow to be busy as we had people waiting to get in the door as we closed the church door and word should spread to neighboring towns. We have bought 44 large boxes filled with medicine to meet our needs for our first church over two days. Just as our day 1 ended, a torrential downpour began and forced the doctors, nurses and volunteers to literally cram into an available van ensuring an adventure driving down the hill.
This was also a great day as we saw many old friends from past trips plus a few new faces. We really value the relationship and the work these Ugandans do. The pastor from one of the churches at which we held an outreach clinic last year said that the effort really helped re-energize his church. I want to thank all of you who have prayed and supported us.
Grace and Peace to you - Doug
